About this piece
Handwoven wool kilim rug, 100 × 154 cm (3'3" x 5'1"), plant dyed and reversible. A lattice of black lines in the field, framed by a light border with red and blue hexagons.
The black is natural black sheep's wool and links field and border. Each hexagon in the border holds two opposed triangles.
For an entryway, beside the bed, in front of a shelf or in a reading corner.

Good to know
A light wool smell at the start is a sign of untreated wool and fades after two or three days of fresh air. Care: shake out, blot spills with clear water.
The natural lanolin in the wool keeps dirt out. The wool gets no chemical finish.
