1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
Seyed Hashemi, Kelimin
Cichoriusstraße 2
04318 Leipzig, Germany
Email: [email protected]
We have not appointed a data protection officer because we are not obliged to do so.
2. The key points in brief
- We do not set cookies and do not use any analytics, tracking or advertising services.
- This website does not load fonts, scripts or other content from third-party servers.
- There is currently no customer account, no newsletter, no contact form and no ordering via this website.
- Personal data is only processed when pages are accessed (server logs at our host) and when you contact us by email.
3. Hosting and server logs (Cloudflare)
This website is provided via Cloudflare Pages. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA ("Cloudflare"). Cloudflare delivers the pages via its worldwide server network and protects the website against attacks and overload.
When a page is accessed, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data, in particular:
- IP address of the requesting device,
- date and time of access,
- page or file accessed and amount of data transferred,
- notification of whether the access was successful,
- previously visited page (referrer), if your browser transmits it,
- browser type and operating system (user agent).
The purpose is to deliver the website, to keep it secure and stable (for example by fending off attacks) and to detect errors. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in a secure and reliably available website. We do not use this data to identify visitors or to build profiles; we only see it as aggregated access statistics and, in the event of attacks, in Cloudflare's security notifications.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Cloudflare under Art. 28 GDPR. Cloudflare processes the data only on our instructions and deletes it within the periods agreed there, unless it is needed for longer to investigate a security incident.
In this context, data may be transferred to the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 (Art. 45 GDPR). In addition, Cloudflare has agreed to the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
If Cloudflare detects suspicious traffic, it may show a short security check to fend off attacks and set a technically necessary security cookie for this purpose. This is permitted without consent (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act); the legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Contact by email
If you write us an email, we process your email address, your name (if given) and the content of your message in order to answer your enquiry. If it concerns a purchase or an order, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our interest in answering enquiries).
Our email inbox is provided by Google (Gmail; provider for users in the EU: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Emails to addresses of our own domain kelimin.de are forwarded to this inbox by Cloudflare (Email Routing). In this context, data may be transferred to the USA; Google LLC and Cloudflare, Inc. are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR).
We delete your message once your enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations (for example under commercial and tax law for business letters) apply any longer.
5. Ordering and payment
Nothing can currently be ordered via this website. Therefore no order or payment data is processed.
6. Your rights
You have the following rights towards us regarding your personal data:
- access (Art. 15 GDPR),
- rectification (Art. 16 GDPR),
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
For all matters concerning your rights, an email to [email protected] is sufficient.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is: Die Sächsische Datenschutz- und Transparenzbeauftragte (Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner), Maternistraße 17, 01067 Dresden, Germany, www.datenschutz.sachsen.de.
7. Obligation to provide data, automated decisions
You are not obliged to provide us with personal data. However, the website cannot be displayed without the technically necessary connection data, and we cannot reply to you without your email address. No automated decision-making, including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR), takes place.
8. Version
Version of this privacy policy: October 2026.
