Usually within one working day after payment is received.

Carrier and delivery time

We ship with DHL. Within Germany the parcel usually arrives 1 to 3 working days after dispatch, in other EU countries usually after 3 to 8 working days.

Shipping to other EU countries

Rugs up to 5 kg are shipped free to all EU countries. For heavier rugs, shipping to the EU costs €19. What applies to a piece is shown on its page under "Shipping".

Packaging

Rugs are shipped rolled. A light smell of wool after unpacking fades after two or three days of fresh air.
