Handwoven gabbeh kilim rug in undyed, hand-spun sheep's wool, 85 × 175 cm (2'9" x 5'9"). An asymmetric runner in beige and brown with raised lines and a small animal.
Flat kilim weave alternates with gabbeh lines: one row of knots, then a few weft rows. An animal is woven into the corner in slit technique, the weaver's signature.
For a hallway, entryway or in front of the bed in modern and minimalist rooms.

Good to know
A light wool smell at the start is a sign of untreated wool and fades after two or three days of fresh air. Care: shake out, blot spills with clear water.
The natural lanolin in the wool keeps dirt out. The wool gets no chemical finish.
